Who are you?

You are a relationship-building, driven person who wants to work with one of Sweden's largest fundraising organizations alongside us.

Requirements for us to proceed with your application are that you have at least:

• 2 years of experience in community work with social media (for example in a role as community manager, social media manager, or similar) Previous community work for a non-profit organization is highly meritorious.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good computer skills and language proficiency.
• Very good written ability (Swedish)

You will collaborate and report to the head of Donor Service and contact persons for the organization in this role.

The position is full-time, office hours with the possibility of flexibility and the need for additional hours based on needs and agreement.

Collective agreement in collaboration with UNIONEN and Almega. Probationary employment for 6 months. Individual salary setting.

We currently collaborate with about 40 of Sweden's NGOs and have a very good insight into how giving in Sweden looks and how we create fundraising campaigns that deliver very good results for our clients.

We deliver tailored, high-quality services in fundraising, outbound & inbound calls, as well as digital & postal mailings based on customer needs.

Since June 1, 2018, we have a collective agreement. All our employees work from Sweden. All salaries are individual, fixed salaries based on our collective agreement; we do not work on commission.
