About Kreate
Kreate Sweden is a subsidiary of the Finnish Kreate Group Oyj, which is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. We employ approximately 150 people in Sweden and had a revenue of 376 million SEK in 2024. We carry out rock, concrete, land, and foundation works throughout the country, focusing particularly on the execution of technically challenging projects that require special expertise. We have offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg; this position is for the Stockholm office. We are in an incredibly exciting and expansive phase and are now looking for a committed and driven Accounting Manager for our finance department.
Your role as Accounting Manager
In this role, you will work closely with and report to the CFO. Your main task is to help shape a top-class finance department that is at the forefront of reporting, key figures, and forecasting. You will be responsible for the accounting function and contribute to increasing internal control and improving processes and flows within the organization.
You will be responsible for the accounting and its associated processes (operating companies and holding companies), which include:
- Monthly financial statements
- Annual financial statements and reports (K3)
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Deliver necessary reports and specifications to the group
- Instructions and support to the entire organization in accounting and invoicing
- Contact with authorities and auditors
You will participate in:
- Building a finance department that enables the company's aggressive growth goals
- Development within the finance function, such as looking at new systems, routines, and working methods
- Supporting the CFO and management team in financial matters

Experience and qualifications
- Relevant academic education in finance
- At least 5 years of work experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Hungry, driven, and eager to make a difference
We also consider it meritorious if you have
- Work experience from a similar role
- Knowledge and experience in payroll management
