We are now looking for you who want to become a CPQ and CRM Manager in our Customer Experience & Process Management team

This is how you will make a difference with us

We within the Customer Experience & Process Management team have a responsibility to improve the customer experience and internal processes for our business customers both in the short and long term. We strive to make everything as simple, secure, and value-creating as possible, both for our customers and our colleagues.

To our team, we are now looking for another employee who can drive the improvement agenda around CPQ, CRM, and Martech with great commitment. As part of the role, you will be responsible for requirements specification and ensuring the technical implementation of improvements as well as initiating improvements in the working methods around the systems. You will also act as Product Owner for our Salesforce implementation.

You will work closely with process owners and specialists in our team and stakeholders in the organization to understand internal areas for improvement and always have an ear to the customer to ensure a good customer experience.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We need you to be on your toes! You have a genuine desire to learn and develop so that we can meet customers' constantly changing needs – today and tomorrow. We see that you have the ability to look up and think strategically, while also having the patience to understand the smaller issues handled in the organization. You have a good technical understanding of CRM and Martech in general, but particularly Salesforce, where you have very good knowledge. Even though you will not be developing in the system in this role, it is important that you see the opportunities that exist.

You are used to working agile and managing many different stakeholders. You may have a background as a leader or Product Owner.
