About the position

We are looking for an HR Administrator for our client. The company is a world-leading provider of transport solutions and, together with partners and customers, they are driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. The position is located in Södertälje.

Your responsibilities

As an HR Administrator in this role, your tasks will revolve around:

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and managing incoming cases related to position and organization management
  • Answering questions regarding global HR processes and HR systems
  • Administering and updating data in HR systems
  • Preparing and validating mass data files for upload into HR systems
  • Proactively working to improve and optimize HR services for users
  • Planning and conducting training and providing guidance to end-users
  • Participating in preparations for Service Operation transfer
  • Developing a deep understanding of the organization's policies and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Education in HR or equivalent experience in HR administration
  • Experience working with MySuccess, Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday
  • Good experience in handling large datasets and preparing mass updates in HR systems
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, including filtering, search functions, and handling large datasets
  • Ability to analyze and identify errors and connections in organizational and position structures
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience managing organizational and position structures in HR systems
  • Experience building new organizations and managing reorganizations
  • Experience working with macros in Excel (not necessary to build them yourself, but a plus)

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment through Perido for 6-8 months. Immediate start.
