We are now looking for an administrator to join an engaged team of three people. You will play a key role in the work of connecting and terminating employers who sign or leave collective agreements.

Your tasks:

• Manage incoming emails in group mailboxes
• Perform address changes
• Staff the group's common phone line
• Be responsible for administrative work related to collective agreements

We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Several years of experience in similar administrative roles
• The ability to work independently with defined tasks
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of collective agreements
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the insurance industry

Practical information:

Location: On-site in modern premises in Skanstull

Scope: Full-time 100%

Assignment period: April 25, 2025 - December 31, 2025
