TLV is now looking for a coordinator focused on major development projects at the Department for Value-Based Pricing.
The department is responsible for handling cases regarding the price and subsidy of medicines, where decisions are made by the Board for Pharmaceutical Benefits. We also produce health economic assessments to support regions regarding medicines or medical devices used in inpatient care.
Responsibilities
In the role of coordinator at TLV, you are responsible for leading and coordinating overarching assignments and development areas within the department. You contribute to developing the department in line with its goals and promote the development of value-based pricing within your area of expertise. You are also responsible for developing methods, processes, routines, and working practices. Assignments and development work are carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and external actors such as regions, companies, authorities, healthcare providers, and patient representatives.
As a coordinator, you also work on coaching investigators and participating in the investigation of cases within the department. You present both orally and in writing in various forums, both internally and externally, and build relationships and networks. You work across authorities and maintain a holistic perspective.
We are looking for someone who has
- A university degree in health economics or another relevant university degree for the work.
- Several years of experience in qualified investigative work within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish price and subsidy system for medicines.
- Experience as a coordinator or project manager in ongoing operations within the pharmaceutical or medical technology sector.
- Experience in streamlining case flows and case processes with high quality, predictability, and transparency.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is meritorious if you also have
- Experience leading government assignments at an authority.
- Experience collaborating with and between regions regarding medicines and medical technology.
You have the ability to communicate successfully with external actors in the field and enjoy speaking to others in both large and small settings. You have the ability to write reports and other longer investigative texts. As a person, you are driven and proactive, with a focus on solutions and development. You have the ability to lead groups and projects, and you find it easy to collaborate and build relationships with other people. You work in a structured manner with a high awareness of quality. You are a good strategist and work persistently to move ideas forward. Furthermore, you have a strong interest in society and are motivated by contributing to realizing the authority's vision.

Employment Type
Permanent position, full-time, starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible, according to agreement.
