• Personal care: help with morning and evening routines, hygiene, showering, changing clothes, toilet visits, and medication.
• Meals: support in cooking, help with meals, and simpler household chores related to food.
• Household: cleaning, laundry, and keeping the home tidy. The employer appreciates a clean and well-kept home, so this is an important part of the job.
• Activities and daily chores: walks, shopping, accompanying on errands, exercise, and plant care (extra plus if you have an interest in plants yourself).
• Social support: being there as a calm and secure companion in daily life.
