Imera AB is currently seeking hourly substitutes for our LSS group home in Motala. With us, you will find meaningful work where you make a real difference for people with complex needs.

Given the above requirements, relevant competence and substantial experience working with this target group are mandatory for the position.

Responsibilities

• Support users in their daily lives according to individual needs and implementation plans.
• Create a safe and respectful environment.
• Handle challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Document according to current routines.
• The work may include sleeping on-call shifts.

About You

We are looking for someone with relevant education, for example from the Care and Nursing Program or a University College degree (YH) in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have excellent Swedish skills in both speech and writing, as well as a Category B driver's license (mandatory).

It is a requirement that you have experience from healthcare, social services, LSS, or psychiatry.

You are calm, stable, professional, and able to handle stress and conflict situations. You possess good physical and mental endurance.

Workplace and Hours

Location: Motala
Working hours: Evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts.
