Are you a secure, warm, and proactive person who enjoys working with children and young people?

We are looking for a personal assistant on a part-time basis for a 15-year-old boy living with his family in Ljungsbro. The work takes place in the home and involves being a natural part of everyday life – sometimes taking the lead, sometimes being in the background.

About the position:

• Part-time with varying shifts as agreed (25% or 65-75%).
• Outdoor activities are common, so you should enjoy being outdoors and be able to swim. Some physical training is included.
• A driver's license is meritorious but not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a non-smoker, punctual, computer literate, and has excellent Swedish.
• Experience with PECS (TAKK), epilepsy, PEG, or tube feeding is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Is calm, stable, and solution-focused, with the ability to take initiative.
• Has imagination and engagement to find fun, everyday activities.
• Avoids strong scents.

Personal qualities:

Secure, empathetic, stress-resistant, and positive – preferably with a sense of humor and a childlike spirit.
