What We Are Looking For

We are seeking substitute staff for our group homes in Linköping. You must have education as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) or other education that the employer deems equivalent. It is also acceptable if you are studying to become an assistant nurse and are nearing the end of your studies. Experience working with our target group is required. Experience or knowledge of clarifying pedagogy, low-affective interaction, challenging behavior, motivational interviewing, and/or sign language as support is preferred.

About the Role

As a support assistant in a group home, you support the resident in all situations included in their daily life, such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. Another important aspect of the job is documenting according to current regulations and reading documentation to stay updated. This summer, the focus will be largely on activities and making the most of the residents' holidays, so you should enjoy an active environment. We operate 24/7 all year round, which means working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends. On-call duty with overnight stay is included in the position.
