At Olivia Personal Assistance, we work together for everyone's right to live life to the fullest. We are now looking for another colleague to join our team, is that you?
About the position
Are you looking for a fun, meaningful, and fast-paced part-time job? We are looking for you who want to spread joy and add a golden touch to the everyday life of an incredibly energetic, cheerful, and playful young man. This is the perfect position for you who want an active job where play, movement, and good company are in focus. He has difficulty with language, and you often need to read his behavior to understand what he wants and experiences. His vocabulary is assessed as being severely limited for his age.
He is a young man with lots of energy who moves around completely independently. Days are often filled with fast-paced adventures, and he loves visiting both Jumpyard and Leo's Playground, or spending hours jumping on a trampoline. Since he can both cycle and swim, he gladly takes a bike ride to the store to buy something tasty, or goes off for a nice swim. When it's time to wind down, he really enjoys just sitting with his iPad or watching TV.
For this position, we are looking for you who are a secure, engaged, and playful person with lots of energy. Since you will be cycling and swimming together, it is an absolute requirement that you can also cycle and swim. Above all, we are looking for a friend who likes to join in on his antics and who can contribute to a secure and fun leisure time.
The position is perfect to combine with studies or other activities.
Hours: 12 hours per month with the possibility of an additional 15 hours in a combined position.
An activity that may become relevant is bowling on Mondays from 16:00–20:00. Other times may also occur based on discussions regarding the client's needs.
Start date: According to agreement but no earlier than the first week of August. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and the position may therefore be filled before the final application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
Things to consider before applying:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and submit a certificate of personal registration (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal registration from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present a certificate of no criminal record (extract from the criminal record register). Due to a legislative change from March 1, 2026, the register check is expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record register and extracts from the suspicion register.
You can easily order the extracts with BankID via this link: https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/barn-med-funktionsnedsattning/ (https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/barn-med-funktionsnedsattning/)
We recommend that you ensure you have current extracts according to the new rules.
