About the RoleA municipal school operation is facing a comprehensive change and development process following a completed workplace environment assessment. The focus is on creating greater clarity in responsibilities and decision-making paths, strengthening management and governance, improving internal communication, and building more trust, collaboration, and shared vision within the organization.
In this role, you will serve as a qualified support to the school leadership and operations in planning, implementing, and following up on initiatives that make a real difference in daily life. You will step into a situation where the needs have already been identified, and the next step is to translate analysis into sustainable working methods, anchored structures, and a stronger shared culture. This is a role for you who wants to work close to the operations and contribute to long-term development in an environment where leadership, workplace environment, and collaboration are closely linked.
The role is particularly interesting because you will have the opportunity to influence both structure, culture, and communication in an operation where the change process has significant importance for the entire organization.
Responsibilities- You support the operation in clarifying, documenting, and anchoring responsibilities, roles, and decision-making paths.
- You develop working methods that strengthen management's presence, accessibility, and visibility in the operation.
- You design and implement structures for uniform, transparent, and purposeful internal communication.
- You develop methods that ensure changes and decisions are communicated, anchored, and understood before they are implemented.
- You coach managers and leaders in their communicative and change-leading work.
- You conduct workshops, dialogue forums, and development initiatives that strengthen trust, collaboration, and relationship building.
- You facilitate dialogues regarding future direction, target vision, and necessary changes.
- You contribute methods and tools to handle change resistance and increase participation in change processes.
- You provide recommendations for long-term sustainable working methods and structures, and follow up on results and effects.
- You have documented experience in organizational development and change leadership within public operations, with at least 9 years of experience.
- You have experience in leadership development and cultural change work, with at least 9 years of experience.
- You have experience in conducting dialogue processes, workshops, and development initiatives in large organizations, with at least 9 years of experience.
- You have good competence in internal communication and change communication, with at least 9 years of experience.
- You have the ability to work process-oriented and involve both managers and employees, with at least 9 years of experience.
- You have very good communication skills.
- You have an understanding of challenges within the municipal school sector.
- You have the ability to handle resistance and conflicts.
