Staffing Assistant at Aura Personal

Aura Personal is a staffing and recruitment agency specializing in the automotive industry, as well as warehousing and logistics. We are now looking for a driven Staffing Assistant who wants to grow with us.

In this role, you will have a broad and varied position where you become a key part of our recruitment and staffing process. You will work with all aspects of the recruitment process as well as consultant management.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct phone screenings and on-site interviews with candidates

• Consultant management and ongoing contact with our consultants

• Contribute to daily recruitment activities

We look for someone who has previously held a responsible role, taking ownership, driving initiatives forward, and handling multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
