Here you will take on a qualified and clearly defined assignment in the borderland between property valuation, property law, and authority dialogue. A business within the parking sector needs to supplement an ongoing case at the Swedish Land Survey (Lantmäteriet) with a certified statement showing that the building was absent when the purchase agreement was drawn up. Your assessment will become an important basis in the process and must be of high quality, clearly formulated, and based on professional expertise.

You will step into a concrete assignment where delivery is central and your expertise has direct significance for moving the case forward. The role suits you who are accustomed to working independently, making well-founded assessments, and formulating valuation reports that stand up to scrutiny. • You analyze the material in the case and familiarize yourself with the conditions underlying the Swedish Land Survey's request.
• You prepare a certified statement in line with the authority's notification.
• You produce a value certificate stating that the building is absent.
• You take into account feedback on the delivery and update the material as needed to meet the client's requirements.

• You are an authorized property valuer, qualified property valuer, or a real estate agent who issues valuation reports.
• You have experience from at least one similar assignment carried out in recent years.
• You are confident in producing certified statements and formulating high-quality professional reports.
