About us at NÄRA and Ramp Personal Assistance
NÄRA and Ramp, together with Futura in Nyköping, form the NÄRA Group. We have extensive experience in personal assistance. NÄRA has been providing personal assistance since 1995, and Ramp was established in 2005, meaning we have over 50 years of combined experience.
Our operations are conducted in accordance with the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) intentions of choice, self-determination, integrity, and continuity. Here, customers are met with commitment, competence, and sensitivity to individual needs. We work systematically to develop and improve our operations, seeking solutions that work over time for both customers and employees.

About the role
We are now looking for an engaged and relationship-building person who will have a key role in developing our recruitment unit in close collaboration with our project managers.
Your tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from job profile to employment.
- Writing and publishing ads in the right channels and actively sourcing candidates.
- Conducting phone interviews, reference checks, and occasionally planning introductions.
- Supporting project managers in personnel planning and staffing.
- Ensuring that recruitment is conducted in accordance with current laws, collective agreements, and internal procedures.
The role involves both operational work and strategic development within recruitment, often in close dialogue with project managers and personal assistance users.
About you
- Have post-secondary education in personnel, HR, or equivalent experience.
- Have previous experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare, social care, or personal assistance.
- Have strong personal commitment, good interpersonal skills, and thrive in a relationship-building role.
- Are detail-oriented, accustomed to working independently, and have good structure.
- Speak and write Swedish fluently – additional languages are an advantage.
- Have good computer skills and preferably experience with recruitment systems.
