Assignment Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension or direct employment with the client
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 and every fourth weekend Saturday-Sunday 10:00-14:00

About the Customer Service Representative Role

As a customer service representative at Ownit, a product brand within Telenor, you work on behalf of one of Sweden's largest telecom operators. You will become part of a team where community and collaboration are central. You handle both new and existing private customers, helping them with everything from billing inquiries to cancellations and technical support. Unlike many other customer service roles, you do not transfer calls – you resolve the customer's issues directly. Some upselling is included in the duties. It is important that you are comfortable working by phone and enjoy interacting with customers.

Common Responsibilities:

• Provide support to private customers via phone and digital channels
• Handle billing inquiries, subscription cancellations, and technical cases
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service
• Work with upselling when necessary
• Contribute to the team's camaraderie and positive work environment

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have experience in service and thrive on helping people. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service is meritorious but not a requirement – you will receive the competence you need during the assignment.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience from service roles, e.g., retail or hospitality
• Good computer skills and a high school diploma
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• Comfortable working by phone and handling many customer interactions
• A desire to learn and develop within customer service and technical support
