About the role

At Perido, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent for our client, Lensway Group. They are part of EssilorLuxottica, the world's leading company in optics. Since 2000, they have made it easier for people to buy contact lenses, eyeglasses, and sunglasses online through high quality, competitive prices, and fast deliveries. At Lensway, you will become part of an engaged team where the customer is always in focus, and where you have the opportunity to develop within an international organization. You will be based at the office in Kista, with working hours scheduled during customer service opening hours, Monday–Friday, 07:50–16:35.

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you are the face of the company and the first point of contact for both new and existing customers. You answer incoming calls and assist customers with a high focus on service and customer experience. In this role, you guide customers through the company's range of lenses, eyeglasses, and sunglasses. You guide customers regarding products, inform about product news, deliveries, and payment solutions, and help customers find the right products based on their needs. In addition to phone contact, you also handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.

Qualifications:

• Very good knowledge of Norwegian and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in customer service or another service profession where the telephone has been an important work tool
• High school diploma
• Good computer skills
• Service-oriented, solution-oriented, and responsible

Meritorious:

• Experience from the optics industry
• Experience from retail, hospitality, or other service activities
• Experience with both incoming and outgoing customer contacts
• Experience with Nordic customer service

Scope and start date

Full-time, permanent position with Lensway Group. Start in August.
