We in the Finance and Purchasing Unit are located directly under the district director and work to offer professional and unified operational support to the activities. We are responsible for the administration's accounting and annual accounts, as well as supporting operations in their budgeting and forecasting work. We also offer support and service within financial matters.

Your role

In your role as a controller, you will work together with one or several of our operational areas. You function as a guiding and supporting partner to managers who have budget responsibility for their operations.

Your main tasks include:

• Support managers in budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare economic analyses
• Participate in the preparation of monthly forecasts and quarterly reports
• Participate in budget and annual account work
• Conduct targeted training for managers, for example, regarding the budgeting and planning tool Hypergene

You will become part of an engaged and competent team consisting of six controllers, an accounting manager, a purchaser, and you will report directly to our Finance Manager.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for you who have:

• A university degree in economics
• A few years of experience as a controller
• Very good skills in Excel
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with Agresso or similar financial systems
• Good knowledge within accounting
• Experience in driving or participating in improvement work or projects
• Previous experience working as a controller within Stockholm City
• Previous experience working with operational areas similar to those included in the district administration
