As a Talent Acquisition Partner with us, you have end-to-end responsibility, from creating and nurturing client relationships to building and developing your own consultant team. You drive your own business from initial contact to closing, ensuring that both clients and consultants thrive and grow.

This is a role for you if you want to work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues, with a focus on growth, quality, and long-term relationships.

Your main responsibilities:

• Build and develop client-consultant relationships within your business area
• Identify, establish, and drive new client collaborations
• Recruit, coach, and follow up with your consultants in their assignments
• Take responsibility for personnel, results, and delivery quality
• Ensure client satisfaction and high quality in all deliveries

We are looking for you who are results-oriented, social, and business-driven, with a genuine commitment to people. Experience from staffing or consulting is advantageous – especially within logistics, industry, or the automotive sector – but not required. If you have the right drive, we support you with knowledge, structure, and tools to succeed.

We believe you have:

• Experience in sales, preferably B2B
• Previous personnel management responsibility
• Ability to drive business and deliver on targets
• A combination of business acumen and strong interpersonal skills
