What does the role entail?

As an HR Specialist, you are responsible for the areas of attracting, recruiting, and onboarding. The role involves a mix of operational and strategic tasks. You will primarily:

• be responsible for the agency's recruitment process by supporting managers in competency-based recruitment and managing and further developing the use of our recruitment systems
• drive the work on the agency's employer branding together with the communications department to attract the right competence
• coordinate and plan the agency's joint introductory training
• design and develop the agency's pre- and onboarding processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have:

• an academic education in HR or another direction that we assess as equivalent
• several years of experience in independently recruiting using a competency-based interview methodology, as well as driving multiple parallel recruitment assignments
• experience handling job ads on social media or other digital channels
• experience using tests in recruitment
• very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of English.

It is meritorious if you have experience working with the assessment tool Assessio Bloom, the recruitment tool Visma Recruit, and the digital reference checking system Refapp. It is also meritorious if you have experience designing or developing pre- and onboarding processes and driving recruitment within a state agency. In addition to your experience and knowledge, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for you who:

• are relationship-building and actively build and maintain good relationships with managers, candidates, as well as internal and external partners
• are self-reliant, lead your daily work, and take responsibility for keeping timeframes and achieving set goals
• are structured, follow common working methods and routines, and are clear in both written and verbal communication
• are flexible and can handle changed conditions and switch between administrative, operational, and strategic tasks
• have a holistic view and understand your part in the whole. You take initiative for cross-operational collaborations and contribute to the agency's development within your area of responsibility.

Our offer

You will receive a fixed-term appointment with an employer that offers all state benefits. The position is a temporary assignment until October 2027. The position is full-time with a start date of October 1, 2026, or as agreed.

We have a modern activity-based office at Sankt Eriksgatan 117 in Stockholm, offering good opportunities for both quiet work and conversations and meetings with colleagues. Therefore, you have trust-based working hours and some freedom to adjust your working hours so that both your work and leisure time work for you. There is also the possibility to work remotely from home up to 40 percent of your working time.
