ABOUT THE ROLE

• You build your own network of consultants and act as a key person for our customers to meet their staffing needs.

• You have overall responsibility for the staffing of consultants and work actively with negotiations, contracts, and follow-ups.

• The role is a mix of account management and consultant manager, which means you get a broad and business-driven role with great development potential.

PRACTICAL INFO:

• Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 with one hour of flextime

• Employment degree: 100%

• Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period

• Start: As soon as possible

• Location: We are located in bright premises at our headquarters in central Stockholm. Our policy is that probationary employees work full-time at the office for the best possible onboarding. As a permanent employee, you then have the opportunity to work remotely a certain number of days per week.

ABOUT THE SELECTION PROCESS

Selection is ongoing, so apply quickly! Our selection process begins with us reviewing your CV and presentation in the application, which is followed by phone interviews for candidates who meet the requirements. If we feel we get along after the conversation, we move on to an in-person interview. The next step in the recruitment process is that our final candidates complete a test case, followed by a meeting with the hiring managers. Finally, we always take references before employment.
