About the workplace: Nipanskolan

Nipanskolan is centrally located on the north side of the Ångermanälven river in Sollefteå town. The school has approximately 450 students from preschool class up to grade 9. We have a total of about 60 employees, including all professional categories. There are several lead teachers at the school, and the competence of the staff in general is high and valued by the school management. The school is also one of Mid Sweden University's partner schools for its teacher education.

At Nipanskolan, we continuously work on joint competence development initiatives. This year's focus has been on Classroom Leadership, and one of the goals with this has been to develop collegial learning, a work that will continue in the coming school year.

Nipanskolan is a relatively large unit that creates several advantages, including:

DUTIES
For the school year 2026/27, we are now recruiting a Vicarious Coordinator, a key role in our organization. As a Vicarious Coordinator, your task is to meet and recruit, call in, and schedule substitute teachers, as well as handle the administration surrounding this. The role involves some work in the evenings and early mornings.

You also work closely with our school wardens and collaborate with them to provide some support to our students. Please note that questions about the position will only be answered to a limited extent, and solely via email during the advertisement period.

Qualifications and merits

QUALIFICATIONS
Upper secondary education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent or suitable. Previous experience in similar roles is meritorious. A broad network facilitates the role.
