As a Service Host, you are responsible for creating a pleasant and well-functioning office environment. Your main tasks include:

• Office service management – keeping the premises tidy, restocking supplies, overseeing common areas, coffee, and copying stations.
• Access and visitor management – welcoming visitors and administering fobs, visitor badges, code locks, and access rights for new hires and offboarding processes.
• Mail and order handling – sorting mail and managing ongoing orders, such as breakfast deliveries and office supplies.
• Incident handling – managing simple fault reports and incoming service requests via internal systems.
• Administrating practical routines – for example, parking permits, e-bikes (booking/maintenance), and other ad hoc tasks that keep the office running smoothly.

This position is a consultancy role, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work alongside our client whose office is located in Sundsvall. The start date is August 12th, and working hours are three hours per day on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding public holidays), though there is some flexibility to adjust according to preferences.

• Currently studying at a university/college with at least 1 year remaining.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and thrive in a role with significant autonomy.
• Social, service-oriented, and humble.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Quick learner who enjoys varied tasks.
