StudentConsulting is now looking for several customer service representatives for OneMed in Härnösand. Here you will become part of an engaged team that contributes to a high level of service for customers throughout the entire healthcare chain – from hospitals and health centers to elderly care and private individuals.

About the position

This is a hourly position with StudentConsulting where you work as a consultant for OneMed.

The work is performed on-site at OneMed's office at Saltviksvägen 11 in Härnösand, during daytime on regular weekdays.

You work on an as-needed basis, for example during peak workloads or absences. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and can work with short notice. We prefer that you have at least two years left of your studies as we are looking for someone who wants to be a long-term part of the team.

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you are an important contact person for OneMed's customers. The work consists largely of incoming phone calls, which means you need to be comfortable with the phone as your primary work tool. You help customers in various situations and with different needs, and you need to be able to listen, show understanding, and provide professional and respectful service in every interaction.

You interact with hospitals, regions, health centers, specialist clinics, elderly care, and private individuals, among others. In addition to customer contact, you handle administration related to orders and customer cases.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Answering incoming calls from customers.
• Providing service via phone, email, and chat.
• Handling and administering orders and customer cases.
• Registering information in the company's business system.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high quality and service.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who

• Studies at a university, college, or university college, or alternatively has another main occupation of at least 50%.
• Has experience in service, customer handling, or similar work.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
• Has good computer skills and feels confident working in multiple systems simultaneously.
• Has the opportunity to work flexibly on an as-needed basis during regular weekdays.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service, support, or other phone-based service work.
