About the Company

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional for a consultancy assignment with an international organization operating throughout the Nordic region. You will become part of a Talent Acquisition team focused on attracting and recruiting talent for specialist, leadership, and business-critical roles in a high-tempo recruitment environment. Location: Stockholm Scope: Full-time Assignment period: September 2026 – February 2027

Your Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you are responsible for both sourcing and end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work proactively to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates, while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. Your main responsibilities include:

• Driving full recruitment processes from needs analysis to offer and employment.
• Conducting candidate dialogues, screening interviews, and selection.
• Actively working with sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.
• Conducting market mapping, talent mapping, and candidate research.
• Building and developing candidate networks and talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
• Providing advice and support to managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborating with Nordic TA colleagues and other internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies.
