You will become part of a competent team working closely with the business, supporting managers and employees on matters related to payroll and travel administration. The role focuses specifically on travel management and expense reporting, where you are responsible for ensuring correct documentation and reimbursements in accordance with current regulations and internal procedures.
The team consists of engaged colleagues with varying levels of experience and ages in an open and pleasant work environment in Visby. There is a strong focus on collaboration, helpfulness, and supporting each other in daily work.
Your responsibilitiesIn this role, you will primarily work with:
- Registration, review, and handling of travel expense reports and reimbursements
- Management of per diems, mileage allowances, and other travel reimbursements
- Ensuring that documentation complies with the Swedish Tax Agency's rules and internal policies
- Supporting managers and employees with questions regarding travel expenses and payroll administration
- Administrative tasks related to the payroll process
- Contributing to structure, routines, and process development within the area
The work is primarily conducted in Heroma and involves ongoing contact with both managers and employees.

You may be at the beginning of your career and have recently studied payroll, or have a few years of experience in the field, in which case you will also take on more advanced tasks. The most important thing is that you are driven and curious.
We would like you to have:
- Experience with payroll administration
- Good knowledge of per diems, travel agreements, tax issues related to travel and reimbursements, as well as collective agreements
- Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
- Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience working with deadlines
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with the Heroma system
- Experience from the public sector or municipal operations
- Experience with large payroll volumes
- Experience supporting managers and employees

This is a consultancy assignment with employment through OIO. The assignment starts immediately and runs until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
What we offer- Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
- Employment type: Favorable consultancy agreement via OIO, with opportunities for extension.
