About the role

As a coordinator, you play a key role in our operations. You are responsible for planning and coordinating efforts to ensure that patients receive the right care at the right time and that our employees have good conditions for their work. Your main tasks include:

• Scheduling patient visits and employees in the planning system Epsilon.
• Ensuring continuity in care and a fair distribution of work.
• Other administrative tasks, such as answering office phones, handling orders, managing supplies, keys, and vehicles.
• Collaborating with the administrative team as well as our clinical staff.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in similar tasks within healthcare or in a coordinating role.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
• Is proficient with computers.
• Is structured, stress-resistant, flexible, positive, and solution-oriented.
• Has good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).

Previous experience with home care or working in the systems Epsilon and Take Care is an advantage.

Employment conditions

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment from August 1st to January 31st
• Scope: Full-time, work every fourth weekend is included.
• Start date: According to agreement
• Salary: Individual salary setting
• Collective agreement: Yes
