Description
As a nursing assistant within service and care work with us, you play an important role in creating security, independence, and quality of life for our users.
From a salutogenic perspective, you provide personal support based on each user's unique needs and conditions, directly in their home environment.
Job Responsibilities
The position primarily involves service interventions in the user's home environment, aiming to facilitate everyday life and contribute to a meaningful existence. The work is varied and includes, among other things:
- Cleaning and other household-related services
- Laundry and clothing care
- Shopping and errands
- Social interaction and activities
- Walks and outdoor time
- Relief care at home
- Accompaniment to healthcare visits, activities, and other matters
- Personal care
- Delegated HSL (Health and Social Care) tasks
You work primarily independently but are part of a team where collaboration and communication are important parts of the operations. Documentation of performed interventions is carried out continuously according to current routines.
To thrive in this role, you need to be service-oriented, flexible, and have a genuine interest in helping people. You have the ability to build trusting relationships and maintain a professional attitude in all situations. You must be able to cycle and hold a driver's license, as a car is sometimes required for certain visits.
Working hours are during the day, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Protected professional title as a nursing assistant (undersköterska)
- Experience from home care, social care, service work, or similar operations
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Basic computer skills and experience with documentation
- Medication delegation (Läkemedelsdelegering)
- Insulin delegation (Insulindelegering)
- Category B driver's license
- Ability to cycle
