Description

Are you an engaged and experienced nurse looking for new challenges and wanting to make a difference every day? Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our pleasant and forward-looking team in home healthcare!

As we are making changes in our organization, we now need 2 nurses for our Home Health Care (HSL) group.

Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and truly impact their care and quality of life. Together with your colleagues, you will play a key role in developing and improving our operations, with a focus on implementing good and close care.

The positions offer variety in work during both day and evening shifts, including every fourth weekend, where you will have the chance to independently be responsible for the entire municipality during certain shifts. This gives you both responsibility and freedom in your work.

We are looking for nurses who preferably have experience in municipal health and social care, enjoy challenges, and work with change management.

Job Responsibilities

You will belong to a specific area in the municipality where you are responsible for approximately 25 patients. Your tasks include assessing and meeting individual care needs, leading health and social care initiatives, and medication management. You will work closely with your colleagues and other professions in the team, which gives you a broad and stimulating workday. You will also have an important role in mentoring and supporting staff in medical matters, and working with competence supply by participating in training for personnel.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and preferably have experience in municipal health and social care. You thrive working both independently and in a team, are structured yet flexible, and have the ability to prioritize even in hectic situations. You are confident in your professional role and have a genuine interest in working with people, where your empathetic ability and engagement will make a real difference.
