About Vårdcentralen Centrum

Vårdcentralen Centrum is an established practice with approximately 13,000 registered patients, making us one of the larger primary care centers in Skåne. Here, we have a combined and diverse competence including nurses, doctors, psychosocial competence, and rehabilitation staff. Together with nursing assistants and medical secretaries, they form the foundation of our operations. The practice also includes a Child Health Center as part of a Family Center.

Job Responsibilities

As a District Nurse with us, you will have a varied and independent job with great opportunities to influence and develop the operations. You work closely together with two other District Nurses, where you together form a team. Here you meet patients of all ages and work with preventive, treatment, and health-promoting measures.

The duties include, among other things, reception work and independent patient visits. You work with assessment, counseling, and triage via phone and digital care contacts. It includes work with sample collection, vaccinations, wound care, and follow-up of patients with chronic diseases. As a District Nurse, you have an important role in health-promoting and preventive work, where you contribute to strengthening patients' health and preventing disease. You collaborate with doctors and other professions within the primary care center. At our practice, there is an opportunity for further education and competence development. As a new employee, you will receive an individual introduction adapted to your experience.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare and have further education as a District Nurse. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We welcome both newly graduated District Nurses and you with experience from primary care.
