We are an engaged team of approximately 38 employees who together are responsible for about 8,400 registered patients. Here we work with specialist doctors, ST and AT doctors, district nurses, general nurses, nursing assistants, secretaries, physiotherapists, a psychosocial team, occupational therapist, dietitian, and child health nurses. We work closely together and are proud of the good cohesion between professional categories. We help each other and actively work on communication within the team, because we know that this makes everyday life both more enjoyable and secure.

At our center, there are well-developed clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, cognitive impairment, and elderly care.

It is easy to commute to the railway hub in Hässleholm, and from Lund it takes about 30 minutes by train. To get to Solbrinken Health Center, you can easily take the city bus that stops right outside or enjoy a short bike ride if you prefer. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

As a General Practitioner specialist with us, you will have a varied and stimulating daily routine with both planned clinic visits and urgent cases. You meet patients of all ages and play an important role in developing the operations and contributing to high medical quality.

We work in a team-based manner, which creates added value for the patient, and place great emphasis on creating a sustainable work environment for our employees. You are offered an introduction tailored to your needs, and we prioritize both collegial support and further education and competence development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for you who are a licensed physician with permission to work in Swedish healthcare and are a specialist in general medicine. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement for the position. Experience working at a health center is meritorious, as is experience working with PMO (Primary Medical Office).

We are looking for you who have an interest in primary care and who, together with us, want to influence and develop both your own work and the operations as a whole. As a person, you are responsible and attentive towards patients and colleagues. There are also requirements for a flexible approach and the ability to take own initiatives. You work independently while collaborating within and across professional boundaries. For us, it is a matter of course to always start from the patient's needs and conditions. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
