About the Company

Are you meticulous, responsible, and confident in the role of an exam invigilator? Do you have previous experience as an exam invigilator and thrive in ensuring that exams are conducted in a legally secure and professional manner? This assignment might be for you! We are now looking for experienced exam invigilators for extra work at a university college in central Stockholm.

Your Responsibilities

As an exam invigilator, you are responsible for ensuring that rules and guidelines are followed during exam sessions. This includes handling exam materials, checking eligibility during ID verification, managing available equipment and aids, informing about practical rules, and acting according to the university's guidelines in cases of suspected cheating. The work assignments vary depending on needs, and the working hours will typically be between 4–6 hours, scheduled in advance.

Your Profile

To be eligible for this role, you must have another occupation of at least 50%, for example, as a student or pensioner. We prefer that you have previous experience working as an exam invigilator and have completed exam invigilator training. As a person, we look for someone who is meticulous, attentive, and has good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. We place special emphasis on personal qualities in our applicants.
