Our client is on an exciting digital journey and is now looking for a creative person who wants to combine customer support with the creation of instructional videos. Here you have the opportunity to put your own stamp on future support materials.

About the role

In this hybrid role, you support the team by converting written instructions into engaging video content and handling simpler customer cases. You work closely with a coordinator to ensure that customers receive the help they need.

What we offer

We offer a flexible role where you can control parts of your working hours yourself. You will gain valuable experience in digital content creation and customer service within financial systems in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

The role involves a combination of creative media production and operational support to relieve the team during their ongoing digitalization phase.

  • Create short instructional videos (2–3 minutes) for the support portal.
  • Convert existing written material into digital content.
  • Host simpler webinars for customers.
  • Handle simpler customer cases based on existing articles.
  • Update and supplement content in the support system.

We are looking for you who

  • Are studying a post-secondary education – preferably in economics.
  • Have very good ability to express yourself well in writing and speech in both Swedish and English.
  • Have a genuine interest in creating films and instructions.
  • Have the ability to quickly absorb and understand new information.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Basic knowledge in economics, specifically accounting and tax returns.
  • Experience using AI tools for voice or image production.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Helpful
  • Aesthetic
  • Organized

Our recruitment process

This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the role are sent to Academic Work.

We apply continuous selection and will take down the ad when a sufficient number of candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is required when applying. We do not use a cover letter as a selection method, so it does not need to be attached. As a candidate, you bear the main responsibility for ensuring your application is complete when submitted. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.

For our part-time positions, you as an applicant must have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of this include studies, another employment, self-employment, parental leave, or similar.
