We are looking for an administrator with trade knowledge at Port & Area Protection Nordic AB in Gothenburg

Do you want to combine your administrative skills with your practical know-how? We are now looking for a key person for our expanding team who can keep the office organized while also rolling up their sleeves to deeply understand our trade projects!

About the role

As an administrator here, you are the hub of the wheel. You relieve our project managers and craftsmen by handling daily administration, but because you have a trade background yourself, you will also understand what the jobs entail practically. This makes you an invaluable link between the office and production.

Your main responsibilities:

• Project Administration: Follow-up, time reporting, invoicing, and handling material orders.
• Customer Contact: Handling standard administrative inquiries.
• Purchasing and Logistics: Ensuring the right materials are in place at the right time.
• Quality and Environmental Work: Administrative support regarding documentation and certificates.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in administrative work and familiarity with business systems or the Office package.
• Practical experience or education in assembly, gates, fences, garage doors, and carpentry is preferred.
• The ability to switch between strategic desk work and practical problem-solving.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• A valid B-driver's license is required.
