Film, photo, and ideas that make a brand grow – for real, at a high pace
We are growing rapidly and internationally, and content is our engine. We are now expanding our creative team and looking for a Content Creator who loves producing – in front of and behind the camera – and wants to see their material reach women across multiple global markets.
About the role
As a Content Creator, you are one of three in our marketing team and the hub of our content production. You take an idea and brief all the way to finished material: short video, photo, and sharp editing. You are just as comfortable in front of the camera as you are behind it.
Our social media manager owns the strategy and calendar – you focus on producing, in volume, with a feel for what works natively on each platform. What you create is seen not just organically; the best material also feeds our paid channels and must hold up to that standard.
What you will do
- Produce short video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) from concept to finished film – filming, editing, sound design, and trend adaptation.
- Photograph product and lifestyle images for social channels and campaigns.
- Edit and version material in the correct format for different platforms and markets – including adaptation and dubbing for international markets with AI support.
- Participate both in front of the camera (presenting, demonstrating, carrying content) and behind it (directing, producing).
- Deliver many testable concepts per week and iterate quickly on what works.
- Produce material that can be scaled in paid channels – you understand what UGC and creator-content require to function as an ad.
Who you are
- A true "do-er" who produces at a high tempo and thrives on volume.
- Master the entire chain for short video and have good experience with photography and editing.
- Comfortable in front of the camera and confident in your own style.
- Genuinely interested in social media – you live in the flow and know the platforms.
- Technically curious and eager to use AI to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently – especially to adapt and scale material for multiple markets.
- Creative but brand-disciplined: you can take a brief and maintain our voice.
- Have a sense and judgment for a mature female audience and a personal product category.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with content for multiple markets and internationally.
- Material that has been run as ads in paid channels (UGC/creator-content).
- Experience with a mature female audience and/or intimate/comfort category.
- Own creator presence or public portfolio.
- Multiple languages in addition to Swedish and English.
What you get from us
A creative role in a fast-growing company where your content makes a real business difference. A small, dedicated creative team with short decision-making paths and a genuine interest in testing new things. We obviously have a collective agreement as well as generous wellness benefits such as working-hour exercise. We are located in modern premises at the Textile Fashion Center in central Borås, with the possibility of remote work 1-2 days/week. Simply put – a creative job in a large and growing team where your work makes a difference.
Application
The position is based in Borås. We take a short summer break and return in August, but we keep an ongoing eye on applications – selection happens continuously, and hiring may occur before the final application deadline. Attach a reel or portfolio – this is a requirement to proceed in the process. We want to see what you have done. Send in your application today!
