Focus of your role

In this role, you will work with administration related to the company's insurance solutions. You will handle applications, registrations, and changes in various digital systems, ensuring that every case is handled with high quality.

You will have daily contact with corporate customers and partners via phone, email, and chat, where you answer questions and assist them with various administrative matters.

You will also become an important part of recurring administrative processes, such as those related to staff changes, and actively contribute to developing more efficient ways of working together with the team.

What we are looking for

We believe you have:

  • A completed upper secondary education
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks in digital systems

Experience from the insurance industry or previous roles where administration and customer service went hand in hand are considered merits.
