The Role as Consultant in Banking/Finance/Insurance
As a consultant with one of our clients, you will have a varied role where administration, service, and customer contact are central parts of everyday life. Depending on the nature of the assignment, you will work with different types of administrative processes and have contact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and digital channels.
You will become part of an operation where collaboration, quality, and professional treatment are highly valued. The role suits you who enjoy working in a structured manner, taking personal responsibility, and providing good service in contact with others.
Examples of Tasks
The tasks vary depending on the assignment but may include, for example:
- Administrative handling and registration of cases
- Customer contact via phone, email, and other digital channels
- Answer questions and guide customers in various types of cases
- Documentation, follow-up, and quality assurance
- Handling of incoming and outgoing information
- Support to colleagues and other parts of the operation
- Work on improvements of processes and working methods
- Other administrative work based on the operation's needs
Your Background, Experience, and Competence
We are looking for you who are engaged, careful, and service-oriented. You enjoy working with people while also thriving with administrative tasks and finding it easy to get into new routines and systems.
We believe you have:
- Completed upper secondary education
- Good administrative ability and a structured approach to work
- Good computer skills and experience working in various systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing
- Ability to communicate professionally with different types of people
- A service-oriented attitude and a positive mindset
To thrive in the role, you are a person who:
- Takes responsibility for your tasks
- Is flexible and finds it easy to adapt to new situations
- Has good collaboration skills

It is meritorious if you have previous experience in administration, customer service, case handling, support, or other service-oriented roles. Experience from the banking, finance, or insurance industry is seen as an extra plus, but is not a requirement. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, your willingness to learn, and your ability to quickly get into new tasks.
