Product Coordinator / E-commerce Merchandiser

Do you want to help develop our e-commerce offering and ensure that our products are presented in the best possible way online? We are now looking for a structured and driven Product Coordinator/E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our team!

About the role

As a Product Coordinator/E-commerce Merchandiser, you are responsible for ensuring that our products are correctly set up, informative, visually appealing, and optimized for both customer experience and conversion. You work operationally in our e-commerce platform but also play an important role in developing and improving the customer journey through content, structure, and product presentation.

You collaborate closely with marketing, purchasing, warehouse, and customer service to ensure that the right information is in place at the right time and that our customers receive a clear and inspiring shopping experience.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for creating, updating, and quality-assuring product information, images, attributes, and other content for both new and existing products on all our sites and markets.
• Develop and optimize product presentation through well-written product texts, clear categorization, filters, and product relations to create an inspiring and user-friendly shopping experience.
• Coordinate product launches and campaigns.
• Work actively with reviews and customer feedback.
• Monitor and improve product presentation based on customer needs and behaviors.
• Analyze data from tools such as chatbots, search functions, and others to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to a consistent thread throughout the entire customer journey – from the first visit to the site to the delivered product.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or product administration.
• Has experience working with product setup, product enrichment, and assortment structuring.
• Has good ability to write clear, informative, and persuasive texts.
• Is meticulous, structured, and has an eye for detail.
• Has good system proficiency and enjoys working with digital tools.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Is a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Merits

• Experience with the e-commerce platform Litium.
• Knowledge of SEO and optimization of product pages.
• Experience with image handling or simpler content production.
• Knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, and/or Finnish.
