Responsibilities

The new employee will have a broad scope of responsibility covering both technical and administrative tasks. The role includes, among other things, business planning, calendar management, and administration related to the CEO's daily work. This requires very good experience and proficiency in speaking and writing. You will be subordinate to and report directly to the CEO.

A central task is to be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and updating the company's quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001). This involves ensuring that processes meet established requirements and that documentation is current and correct.

In addition to the above tasks, the role includes performing various post-calculations and technical controls.

Meritorious Experience

• In-depth knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Knowledge and experience in performing post-calculations.
• Experience with Monitor ERP System.
• Experience with digital marketing and marketing activities.

Requirements for the Position

• Engaged team player with responsibility and attention to detail.
• High work ethic, energy, and ability to deliver the best possible results.
• Higher technical and commercial education and experience, or other equivalent education and competence.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speaking and writing.
• Good experience and proficiency in formulating and expressing oneself in speech and writing.
• Very good computer skills.
