Description
Exposkolan is a grades 4–6 school with approximately 260 students distributed across 12 classes. Our learning environments are open and bright, and the classrooms have flexible solutions to meet today's requirements regarding digital teaching as well as to be adapted to the individual student's needs. The school is technology and IT-oriented, and we work with a one-to-one solution where all students are offered their own iPad.

Job Responsibilities
For the autumn, we have positions available as substitutes due to parental leave. There are three positions during the autumn with a chance of extension. This concerns teaching in the lower secondary school (grades 5-6). For grade 6, we need class teachers who teach math and science, as well as a teacher who teaches social studies and Swedish. In grade 5, we are looking for a class teacher who is qualified to teach several subjects such as math, Swedish, English, and social studies. Usual tasks such as planning teaching, development conferences, contact with guardians and students are included.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher. We would prefer that you are qualified in core subjects, Swedish and science or social studies. We see that you have good knowledge of the school's mission and previous experience from pedagogical work, as well as good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. We have high demands on knowledge about broadening the classroom through leadership and stimulation, as well as documentation in the work with students. Furthermore, you who apply have good IT skills and are accustomed to using digital tools in daily work. Great importance will also be attached to personal suitability.
Conditions
The positions are filled subject to necessary decisions being made.
In Värnamo Municipality, all permanent positions are advertised as full-time. If you instead wish for part-time and the activity can accommodate a lower degree of employment, this is of course an option.
