Description

Hanahöjskolan is a preschool to year 6 school with approximately 170 students, located in Forsheda, about 1.5 miles west of Värnamo.

Responsibilities

You are welcome to apply for the position of Teacher (Years 1-3) at Hanahöjskolan. The position involves teaching in years 1-3 as a subject teacher in collaboration with class teachers, primarily in years 2-3.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have the qualifications to teach in years Preschool-Year 3 or years Preschool-Year 6. We place great importance on your ability to meet students based on their different needs and that you are a positive and engaged person. It is important that you as a person are creative, flexible, clear, and receptive. You have the ability to see possibilities in the pedagogical work and have good collaboration skills.

The work involves a role as a class teacher and/or subject teacher in several classes, based on the competencies of the entire work team.

You are confident in your pedagogical leadership and have the ability to create structure, peace, and motivation based on each student's individual needs. Experience working with younger children is meritorious, and you have a genuine interest in following the students' knowledge and social development.

In the role of a teacher, you plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching according to the curriculum, while adapting it to the students' different prerequisites. You work with a low-affective approach and find it easy to build trusting relationships with both students and colleagues.

You see guardians as important partners and communicate in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.

It is important that you take responsibility, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working both independently and together with others. You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
