Granelundsskolan is a modern F–6 school with an after-school center that opened in the autumn term of 2025. The school is located in the northern part of Tranås, close to both nature and the city center. Here, students and staff meet in bright, well-equipped premises that create good conditions for learning and development.

We have functional classrooms for music, sports, art, home economics, and crafts. Our operations are characterized by close collaboration between school leadership, student health services, and educators, where we together create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for every student.

We are now looking for a teacher for grades F–3 who wants to contribute to developing our work and ensure that all students have the best possible conditions for success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher for grades F–3, you are responsible for planning, implementing, following up on, and developing teaching based on the goals of the curriculum and the students' various needs.

You will be part of a work team with dedicated and competent colleagues where collaboration, experience sharing, and collegial learning are a natural part of everyday life. Together, you work to create teaching that sparks curiosity, a desire to learn, and gives every student the opportunity to reach their full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility to teach in grades F–3.

You are an engaged and confident educator with a genuine interest in students' learning and development. You build good relationships, create a calm study environment, and meet each student based on their individual prerequisites.

• have good pedagogical skills and can adapt teaching to the students' different needs,
• are clear in your communication and create structure and security in the classroom,
• have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment,
• are flexible and see opportunities in changes and development,
• are secure and stable even in challenging situations and serve as a good role model for the students.
