We are looking for an engaged and driven teacher for grades Pre-K to 3 who wants to be part of our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will teach in grades Pre-K to 3. You will become an important part of the students' first school years. You will be part of the Pre-K to 3 teaching team, and together you will work to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to develop.

The role includes tasks such as planning, documenting, following up, and evaluating both individually and together with your closest colleagues and the teaching team. Together with your colleagues, you will plan, implement, and develop teaching with a focus on motivating, engaging, and creating participation among the students. Your mission is to promote every student's learning and goal achievement, as well as adapting to their individual needs and prerequisites.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a teacher's license with eligibility to teach in grades Pre-K to 3.

• Pedagogical: You have a good understanding of how humans, and especially children, absorb knowledge. You adapt your way of conveying messages to the target group.
• Team Player: You work well with other people and contribute to a positive work environment. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.

ABOUT THE WORKPLACE

Junkaremålsskolan Pre-K to 6 and after-school care is a newly built school, and the operations moved into the new premises in August 2024. The school is located in central Tranås, near nature and sports facilities.
