Construction Teacher / Machine Operator – VFG Jönköping

VFG Education in Jönköping is expanding and is now looking for a teacher specializing in construction to teach in construction machinery. The position is primarily located at Komvux (Adult Education), but work within the upper secondary school program may also occur.

In Jönköping, VFG offers education through Komvux, the Swedish Public Employment Service (AF), corporate training, and upper secondary school. The programs focus on construction and civil engineering, as well as vehicles and transport.

We are located at Solåsvägen 5b in functional facilities with a modern fleet of vehicles and a wonderful team of staff.

We are now looking for an additional teacher in construction machinery on a full-time basis (up to 100%). In this role, you will serve as an inspiration and support for our students through a coaching and supportive approach. The school's core values – support, motivate, and engage – are important to share.

You are creative, flexible, and solution-focused. It is important that you collaborate well and are willing to find new and proven ways forward to create the best possible conditions for our students. Experience from the construction industry is a merit.

Personal qualities are highly valued. The position may be filled during the ongoing recruitment process. Start date is by agreement, but no later than early January 2027. Before hiring, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be provided, and we apply a six-month probation period.
