We are looking for a Project Manager for the Main Journal System program – Support Function.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a major IT program, responsible for planning, structuring, and establishing a support function for the program's users, suppliers, and stakeholders. The assignment covers both operational implementation and strategic coordination between business operations, IT, and external suppliers.

Assignment Description

The consultant will be responsible for:

Onboarding and Training Materials

• Develop the onboarding process
• Design checklists, guides, and process descriptions
• Ensure uniform documentation and working methods
• Coordinate input from business operations, IT, and other project streams
• Support the introduction and communication regarding the onboarding process

Establishment of Support Function

• Define the target state and working methods for the support function
• Establish support processes, including incident, case, and escalation management
• Develop routines, SLAs, and support documentation
• Ensure the handover between project and operations
• Coordinate the launch and implementation of the support organization

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT and/or establishing support functions, or alternatively as a head of support operations with experience driving the establishment of support functions
• At least 3 years of experience in project management within the healthcare sector or other regulated industries
• At least 10 years of experience in strategic and operational work regarding ITSM processes
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or leadership roles within support operations in companies/organizations with at least 500 employees

Competence Level: 5

• Knowledge – Highest level of competence. Regarded as an expert in the field in Sweden or internationally.
• Experience – Has participated in large assignments in various areas and carried out assignments with very high quality. This level is normally achieved after the consultant has been at level 4 for at least 3 years.
• Leadership – Has extensive experience and familiarity with working in a leadership position.
• Independence – Very high.
