We are now looking for an IT Specialist Digital Workplace who wants to drive the development of our client platform and our Microsoft 365 environment from a client and Intune perspective, with a focus on Intune, security, and automation. Here, you will combine technical depth with significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a concrete difference for thousands of users across the country.

Make a difference with us

You will join the IT Operations team, consisting of about ten specialists in various technical areas. Together, you are responsible for a stable and modern IT environment, where you will be a key person regarding clients, M365/Intune, and identity. You will collaborate closely with our security partner on issues related to policies, risk management, identity, and security initiatives. The role complements existing M365 expertise in the team and focuses on a more senior level regarding clients and Intune.

Your main areas of responsibility

Client Platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)

You will develop our client platform with a focus on standardization, automation, and security, including:

• configurations and policies via Intune
• compliance and lifecycle management
• smooth onboarding and enrollment flows
• modern, cloud-based approaches to client management

Applications, Updates, and Automation

You will be responsible for:

• application packaging, distribution, updates, and pilot groups
• structured processes for OS and client updates with clear principles, rings, testing, and follow-up
• remediation scripts, configuration policies, and other improvements based on logs, incidents, and telemetry

Identity, Security, and Hybrid Environment

You will work with identity and security in our hybrid environment, including:

• Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA
• Zero Trust-oriented approaches
• on-prem AD, permissions, and group policies in combination with Intune policies
• harmonization between AD and Azure AD / Entra ID and a shift towards more cloud-based working methods

You will stay updated on technical changes and security risks and work proactively to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and reduce the load on the service desk. A key focus is raising our security level and secure score on the clients.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• has several years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• is confident in modern client management, especially Intune and related M365 services
• has good knowledge of Windows and an interest in macOS and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• understands identity management in hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD / Entra ID)
• works in a structured manner, takes initiative, and drives issues to completion
• thrives in close collaboration with other specialists and external partners

It is an advantage if you have an understanding of Azure services, an interest in Azure governance, and curiosity about frameworks such as Enterprise Scale.
