Now is your chance to help build a business unit within the Industry & Defence Tech business area at Combitech in Stockholm. As a Consulting Unit Manager, you lead your own consulting unit while remaining active in assignments. This role gives you the opportunity to influence people's development without losing touch with operational work, in an environment where technology, business, and societal benefit meet.

The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead a consulting team of approximately 10 employees on client assignments.
• Have personnel responsibility, including competence development, employee reviews, and salary setting.
• Contribute to the business unit's development through work with utilization, sales, and results.
• Be an active part of the management group and influence strategic decisions.
• Work actively in consulting assignments, either internally or at the client site.
• Help shape a relatively new unit with significant room for influence.

We are looking for you who

• Have a university degree or equivalent experience.
• Have several years of experience in technology-related roles, e.g., as a team lead, scrum master, or project manager.
• Have documented leadership experience with personnel responsibility, including development and salary reviews.
• Have a good understanding of how technology creates value in assignments and projects.
• Are business-minded and build trusting relationships.
• Are a secure, clear, and coaching leader with a strong commitment to people and business development.
• It is meritorious if you have more than five years of leadership experience or if you have worked with sales or business development within the consulting industry.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
