We are looking for you who want to help design and implement next-generation workflows using AI and multi-agent technology. The goal is to build a modern, AI-driven infrastructure that automates manual reporting, improves analysis, and makes it easier to track important parameters.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, design, and document a digital strategy for the workflow.
• Test and implement AI tools and multi-agent systems for, for example, automated data collection, sentiment analysis, and modeling.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement together with the team and propose technical solutions.
• Evaluate external systems and potential collaborations with technology providers.
• Document processes, progress, and results, and support the team in using new tools.

Practical Information

• You will work closely with an experienced team that has been active for over 30 years in the real estate industry.
• You will have the mandate to drive real technical innovation and build solutions that impact our entire advisory process.
• Opportunity to shape a role at the intersection of AI, data, and real estate advisory and investments.
• Interest in the real estate market and economics is meritorious but not a requirement.
