Do you want to work with advanced backend development in a product company where technical decisions are made close to the developers? At Silobreaker, you will become part of an experienced team building a world-class platform for cyber and situational awareness analysis – used by some of the world's largest companies and organizations.

About the role

As a backend developer, you work with the core of Silobreaker's platform. Together with an experienced development team, you develop and improve the backend services that handle large data volumes and drive the product around the clock.

At Silobreaker, you will solve technically challenging problems while having significant influence over how solutions are designed. We work closely together and believe in knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.

You will primarily work with:

• Backend development in C#/.NET
• Design and further development of scalable backend solutions
• Code reviews, testing, and continuous improvements
• Agile development work with sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Close collaboration with other developers and the product team

We believe you have

• About 2–5 years of experience in software development
• Experience with C#/.NET or another object-oriented language and an interest in developing within C#
• An academic degree in computer science, systems science, technical physics, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in technology
• Good proficiency in English

Experience with distributed systems, databases, or cloud technology is a plus, but we place greater emphasis on your technical understanding and willingness to learn than on having worked with a specific technology.
