You will step into a central role in an organization where ServiceNow and ITSM are crucial for creating efficient working methods and stable delivery. Here, you will manage prioritized initiatives from early analysis through to technical implementation and deployment within the business. The focus is on translating strategic needs into practical solutions, with particular emphasis on ITSM processes and the platform's standard functionality.

You will work closely with the ITSM Product Owner, process owners, the platform team, and relevant parts of the business. This means you become the link between needs, processes, and technology, while ensuring that scope, plans, and solutions remain cohesive throughout the entire journey. This role is ideal for you if you thrive when creating structure, driving progress, and aligning multiple stakeholders toward a common goal.

• You drive and coordinate prioritized ITSM and ServiceNow initiatives from analysis to technical implementation.
• You lead the work together with the ITSM Product Owner, process owners, the platform team, and the business.
• You maintain the overall picture regarding scope and solution, ensuring initiatives move from need to functioning delivery.
• You lead workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements and concrete activities.
• You coordinate planning, testing, training, and deployment to ensure successful implementation.
• You advocate for solutions that align closely with ServiceNow standards and platform principles.
• You act as a bridge between ITSM and processes, the ServiceNow platform team, and relevant business units.
• You contribute to initiatives related to Universal Request, Workspace, as well as preparations for AI, Now Assist, and automation within ITSM.

• You have solid technical knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• You understand the processes Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge, as well as CMDB and CSDM.
• You have experience driving implementations or major changes in ServiceNow.
• You are accustomed to working both close to business needs and together with technical teams.
• You have experience structuring backlogs, epics, features, and stories.
• You have a good understanding of standard functionality versus customizations in ServiceNow.
• You have experience with change management, stakeholder management, and deployment.
• You have strong communication skills and drive progress without needing to own the entire technical solution yourself.

• Experience in technical project management within ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience with Service Operations Workspace or Agent Workspace.
• Knowledge of Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or AI and automation in ServiceNow.
• Experience from larger organizations with a central ServiceNow platform.
